

Outlook 2016 will start configuring your account. On the Auto Account Setup page type your name, primary email address, and your mailbox password twice, then click Next. Account Settings allows you to add or remove accounts, change server settings, and more. To set up Outlook 2016: Navigate to Windows Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add. Select the type of information you want to change. Use the dropdown under Account Information to select the account you want to change.

In the Outgoing Server (SMTP) Settings window, click on the edit button on the right hand side. How often your e-mail inbox has to be checked in the daily business process and how often the mail volume has to be processed depends on the field of activity as well as the position in the company.
